R for Programmers?
What’s the best introduction to the statistical language R for experienced programmers who are more interested in its support for objects, systems programming, and the like than they are in statistics?
Helping scientists make better software since 1997
I don’t know of a good answer. But Tom Moertel’s essay on R’s function-call semantics whets the appetite.
